Outdoor Cooking with The Bay

There's lot's of ways to eat cheaply - by knowing a few key recipes, and how to grow and forage some foods.

As part of our Outdoor Cooking sessions in Wyre, Chloe has been hard at work making recipes and videos to share her tips and tricks for cooking cheap and easy meals and sourcing affordable ingredients - in some cases free!

Foraging

Foraging for wild food might have never occurred to you before, but it's a great way to find some extra bits of food for free!

Take a look at our foraging videos over the next couple of weeks, and in the meantime check out our foraging calendar to find out whats coming up in the natural world.

Remember the three golden rules of foraging:
1. Only take what you need for your personal use
2. Only take what you are 100% sure is edible
3. Remember it's illegal to dig up a whole plant - leave it there and just take the leaves/ flowers etc
