Our nature and wellbeing sessions are small group sessions that run over a number of weeks, giving you a weekly opportunity to get out into the fresh air and make a difference to your local natural environment. Our small group sessions are all designed for you to get the most out of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, by Being Active, Connecting, Taking Notice, Keeping Learning and Giving Back.
There'll be a variety of different activities that we do each week, getting you to experience a range of different skills and maybe try some new things out. One week you might be being physically active clearing an invasive plant species from a woodland, and on the next you might be conducting some 'citizen science' and helping to identify wildlife on the beach.
Over the time that you're with us, we'll teach you how to get the most out of nature, and how to appreciate our coastline.
